PANEER BALLS 

If you are looking for a recipe of typical Indian style cheese balls you're at the right place  because you will get the best, simple and the most delicious paneer ball recipe. It is a quick easy and delicious  tea time snack.

LET'S BEGIN

INGREDIENTS:
1- paneer-250gm
2- boiled potato  -1no(medium)
3-salt      - to taste
4-black pepper-2tsp
5-red chilli powder -to taste
6-chopped green chilli -2no
7-chopped onion -1no(small)
8-finely chopped capsicum-1no(small)
9-chopped garlic-1no
10-mozzerella cheese cube.
11- oil to fry.

FOR COATING:
1-refined flour-3tbsp
2-cornflour     -3tbsp
3-bread crumbs to coat the paneer balls
4-salt - a pinch
5-pepper 1tsp
6-water

METHOD:
1.In a bowl, grate the paneer, boiled potato, add salt, pepper, red chilli, chopped vegetables and mix everything well.

2. In another bowl prepare a slurry of cornstarch, refined flour and water(prepare a lump free thick slurry) add salt, pepper to it.

3.take a platter and add the breadcrumbs to it.

4.shape the paneer balls as per your choice the size can vary accordingly. To stuff cheese inside the balls press the ball with the help of your thumb and make a cavity then stuff the cheese cube inside and seal it well.

5. Then coat the paneer balls with the flour slurry and then cover them with bread crumbs.

6. In a deep pan heat enough oil to deep fry the paneer balls. Let the oil heat on medium flame. Once the oil is heated add the paneer balls and fry them for 4mins or till they become golden brown.
